Expectations and Motivations
In this workshop we will look at the various motivational reasons as to why people engage. We look at theories behind the passive and active approach and the process using Maslow’s theory of needs as a base.
Ingredients:
1. Understand the reasons and motivation of why people use the social web
2. Establish how you can set up your organisation’s social web approach from a technical, resource and cultural perspective.
3. Encourage word of mouth sharing of your organisation’s content both online, offline and virally.
